Reading Highlight

The Buddha initiates the path of self-discovery by beginning with the body as the First Foundation. He begins here because there is nowhere else to start. This is the exclusive entry point into interconnected being. If we want to understand the nature of form, we have to examine the form we are in. If we start anywhere else, the tether is lost between all of life and us.
